dragon boat training was super hiong today lar. wah. anyway ill blog abt sat's service another day.

today, we did interval training.

3 sets of 3 mins of power strokes. for all you DB idiots. power strokes means to stretch your pedal further than usual, put in 100% effort, and pull the boat to glide. this one is not too bad. i slacked and put in around 80% only haha. oh well. need to get back my technique. so yea.

then came the killer.

8 sets of 30 seconds of speed stokes. which means you go from 60 spm (strokes per min) to 88 spm. which is rather insane. i really row and finally tio blister. hahahaha. hand also a bit pain. this one hor. 1st set ar. i die liao. then ask me continue. by the 3rd set. i cannot row anymore liao. cause i still got put in effort to row even tho Song asked ask to tap 30%. i put in around 60%. haha. basically. this time. i used the wooden pedal provided by them. rather than the carbon fiber one i used to borrow from poh meng. then this one super thick. then keep making the bloop bloop sound. sibei sian. i got wet a lot lar. hahaha. sian. today no sun also. damn. i wanted to get chao ta. hahaha. so this was really the killer. then after that came erm. what ar? let me think. normal pedaling. think 3 min sets again.

then we had some orientation thing. introduction. whoa so many bankers sia. they successful in life. but i wanna be like lionel sia, stock broker. hahahaha. reminds me of "the pursuit of happyness" haha. oh well. we will see about a lot of things. i buay tahan the pedal ar! haha i until now still complaining. then we did 300 m sprints. which is like 1 min of power and fast rowing. haha. then that Song ar. -.-" he in the navy. so he very scheming one. he made us do 500 m sprint. wah. we die lar. after that was 'and easy'. slowly row back to pontoon. finally made myself do pull ups sia. i buay sai. need Song to help me haha. then when i came down after the 10, i hit my hand on the wall. pain sia. oh btw. this is not the normal pull ups u peeps will do. this is stretch far. which means it uses a different set of muscles. its back muscles. haha. my deltoids need to train. and my shoulder blade muscle. im gonna set to full training of those 2. then try to work my wing also. thats my aim this week. no bicep trainings. and im gonna need some help at the gym. wanna go gym everyday sia. or at least once every 2 days. my resolve. haha. oh well. im getting super tired. i guess i better go get some good sleep.
