hmmm. went for DB training ytd. felt more comfortable with left handed rowing but.... id prefer training the right hand. sighs. imagine, now my left shoulder blade is bigger than my right one. omg. im wtf pwned. either i train my right to row. or i bo pian pia left liao. hmmmm. hope can ba. haiz. i still a bit chao ta. but i getting used to it. DB training was fun. haha finally see full team training. so many ppl turned up. around 20 like that. kampong glam. and i saw marcus and nat boon there sia.
